Gradski Zid

"Gradski zid" means "city wall" in Croatian!

 

The last stop on our cruise was in Dubrovnik, Croatia.  (Country #5)

 

Dubrovnik is cool because you can walk all the way around on top of the city walls, which is about 2 kilometers around.  

 

 

All along the wall there were little dome thingies that you could go inside and look out at the small windows.

 

There were also cannons.

 

There were also basketball courts.  (What???)

We had a really good time on the cruise and our next stop was a week in Tuscany!  Stay tuned! :)
